To gain the best results from your acupuncture treatments,

• Please be sure to be well hydrated and eat a little bit, before your treatments. Acupuncture treatments can naturally lower blood sugar levels.
• Wear loose fitting clothing and/or shorts for the treatments.
• To be respectful of your schedule, I wanted to let you know that you can plan on being in the office one and a half hours for the first treatment, maybe a little longer. Follow up appointments will be about one hour to one hour and fifteen minutes.
• My office space is Suite 111. Once you're in the building you'll turn left into the hallway and it's the last door on the right. Ring the doorbell to let me know you've arrived. If the door is locked, please have a seat in the lobby and I'll be out to get you very soon.
• You can make payment with cash, credit card or check.

The Self-Pay fees are $150 for the initial evaluation and treatment, then $150 for follow up visits.

I focus on holistic, comprehensive treatments that can have a profound effect on your overall health and wellness. Resulting in long term results for improved quality of life. Primarily utilizing Japanese Meridian Therapy, several other modalities including but not limited to Acupuncture, Neuro Scalp acupuncture, Auriculotherapy, CranioSacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, Kinesiology taping, Osteopathic "listening" techniques, trigger point release, moxabustion/okyu-a type of heat treatment, cupping, GuaSha- a type of Chinese massage therapy, and/or lifestyle counseling as needed.
These treatments can also include advice and specific training for stretching, meditation, gentle movements like Qi Gong, breathing techniques, dietary suggestions and/or supplements. All treatments are designed specifically for each patient, and to achieve results quickly and efficiently for the overall wellness plan.

Also I can offer focused "targeted treatments" for subsequent visits. It's for self paying clients ONLY (no insurance coverage). It involves focused acupuncture treatment and is more frequent, shorter duration, treatment that runs approximately $75-$85, based on type of treatments involved at each session.

Patients who would benefit from this program typically come more frequently to achieve results quickly. We can discuss your treatment plan and if your needs would fit with this type of treatment after you're established.

The fees stated above are "Time of Service" fees, for self paying clients ONLY, who pay in full on the date of their service (no insurance coverage).

Most insurance plans will not cover full payment for treatments. If an invoice is required, the full fees for insurance will be billed as a courtesy, sent to the insurance provider according to the insurance carriers policy. However, patients are responsible for payments in full at the time of service.

The sign at the driveway, into the three story office building says "The Altamonte Capital Center" turn in there and I'm in the building on the right once you are in the parking lot.

Kindly give at least 24 hour notice by calling the office number, by phone, to change or cancel your appointment. Please be aware, I do charge a late cancellation fee for missed appointments.
